Dennis Waller, CLI

Investigator
Denny has been a licensed private investigator since 1987.  He tested for and became a Certified Legal Investigator in 1988.  Denny has extensive experience in a wide range of investigative matters including product tampering, patent infringement, and personnel issues.

Police Practices Consultant/Expert Witness
Denny has been retained over 400 times by attorneys in 30 states as a consultant and expert witness for matters related to police policy, procedure, and practice.  He has served as an expert witness in federal courts, state courts, and before administrative hearings. 

Denny has a bachelor’s degree in police administration from Michigan State University, a master’s degree in public administration from Florida International University, and over 3,000 hours of law enforcement training.

Denny has served as a police officer, field training officer, detective, sergeant, lieutenant, department training officer, police academy director, and chief.  Denny has been a certified law enforcement instructor in Michigan, Florida, North Carolina, and Wisconsin.  He has received specialized certifications as a police firearms instructor, police defensive and arrest tactics instructor, OC instructor, and psycho-motor skills design instructor.  Denny has also taught a variety of law enforcement and related courses at the college and university level.

Angela Wollenhaupt, CLI
Angie has been in the investigative field for seven years.  She tested for and became a Certified Legal Investigator in January 2006.  Angie is an acknowledged authority for conducting background investigations, developing individual profiles, and providing case management.  She has extensive experience conducting personal injury investigations, criminal defense investigations, and successfully handling whatever investigative challenges come through the door.  She frequently serves as an investigative resource for other private detectives in Wisconsin and throughout the nation.

Angie recently completed a degree in criminal justice and is continuing to work on her educational goals.  Angie is active in the Professional Association of Wisconsin Licensed Investigators and serves on the Board of Directors.
